This website is operated by LF JEWELERS INC, doing business as Link Factory Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to LF JEWELERS INC. Link Factory Co offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Orders & Payments

  • Full Payment: All orders placed on our website require full payment at checkout unless a payment plan is arranged directly with us.

  • Deposits & Payment Plans: We may allow partial payment (e.g., 50/50 plan) upon request. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started, as materials are immediately purchased and work begins.

  • Balance Due: Remaining balances must be paid in full before your item ships. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in delays or forfeiture of your order.

 

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation may result in fees to cover purchased materials and labor.

  • Changes: Modifications (such as metal color or lock upgrades) must be requested before production advances past certain stages. While we do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee all requests.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing: Ready-to-ship items are fulfilled within 2–3 business days. Custom orders may take 2–3 weeks up to 1–2 months, depending on complexity and production volume.

  • Insurance: All shipments are fully insured by Link Factory Co. to provide peace of mind until your order arrives.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Any duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet timelines, unforeseen delays (holidays, customs, high volume) may occur. Customers will be updated if significant delays arise.

Custom Orders

  • All custom jewelry — including Cuban links, pendants, rings, moissanite/diamond pieces, engravings, and letter designs — are final sale.

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered on custom work. Before production, we provide design approvals and detailed communication to ensure accuracy.

 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom Jewelry: Final sale. No refunds or returns.

  • Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Returns are not accepted, but exchanges may be considered within 48 hours for plain, unworn pieces with intact tags.

  • Repairs: If an item arrives damaged due to production or shipping, we will repair it free of charge.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates made to these terms.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
